Returns & Exchanges:
OREN KASH allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged and all tags need to be intact. The original Invoice must be included with any return. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved,then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 10 days for us to process the refund.
Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the style you would like.
